Shipments are always sent by delivery service, personal pickup is not possible.
The shipping price is not included in the product price and is separately stated in the online purchase process.
The delivery cost is calculated as a fixed amount regardless of the quantity of products ordered.

After receiving your order, it takes 1 to 2 business days for the goods to be sent from our warehouse for delivery.
Approximate delivery times from the moment the shipment is handed over for delivery:
- Croatia: 1 to 5 business days
- Slovenia: 1 to 2 business days
- Hungary: 1 to 3 business days
- Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania: 4 to 5 business days
- Bulgaria, Spain, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden: 6 to 7 business days
- Greece: 7 to 8 business days
When picking up the shipment, be sure to check that it is in good condition and undamaged. In the event that the shipment is damaged, we advise you to report this to the delivery person and possibly refuse to receive the shipment, because compensation for the damage is much easier to achieve with a timely reaction.
